What It Looks Like In Practice.
Illustrative examples. Composite scenarios, not real participants.
A participant on a forensic order with a complex psychotropic regime and a documented history of non compliance when unsupervised. Medication managed by workers signed off individually for that support, with a written record every administration and a monthly summary to the treating team.
A participant with an authorised environmental restrictive practice in place under a plan written by an external behaviour support practitioner. FDSQ implements it exactly as authorised, records every use, reports it as required, and feeds the data back so the practitioner can actually review whether it is still necessary.

Why This Matters Here.
Justice involved participants often arrive with both a clinical need and a behavioural risk profile. Most providers can hold one but not both, so the referral splits or stalls.
FDSQ is approved to implement restrictive practices and delivers high intensity supports under registered nurse oversight, so the same team holds both. Riwaj Subedi signs off every worker individually, on that support, for that participant.
We do not author behaviour support plans. We implement what your practitioner wrote, record it properly, and give the data back so the plan is reviewed on evidence rather than impression.
