Everything on this website is general information about the supports Forensic Disability Supports Queensland (FDSQ) delivers. It is not clinical, legal or funding advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about a particular person's circumstances. Decisions about supports, orders, funding or accommodation should be made with the relevant practitioner, coordinator or legal representative.

Vacancies and placements

Vacancy information is updated regularly but can change without notice. Listing a bed is not an offer of a placement. Every placement is subject to our own risk assessment, compatibility screening where a home is shared, appropriate funding being in place, and a signed service agreement. We may decline a referral where we cannot deliver the supports safely.

Service standards

Response, matching, reporting and placement timeframes published on this site are the standards we work to. They describe typical performance from a complete referral and are not contractual guarantees for a particular referral.

Illustrative examples

Scenarios described on this site as illustrative are composite examples written to show how we work. They are not real participants and no part of them identifies any individual.

Information you send us

Do not send sensitive participant information through this website unless you have the authority to share it. Information submitted through a form on this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Email and web forms are not secure channels. Where information is highly sensitive, call us instead.

Intellectual property

The content, wording and design of this site belong to FDSQ, other than third party logos and marks which remain the property of their owners. You may share and print pages for your own professional use. You may not reproduce the content commercially without our written permission.
